(NasdaqCM:ACHV) in its offering of 4,093,141 units at a price of $4.625 per unit for gross proceeds of $18.9M. Each unit consisting of two shares of common stock and one warrant to purchase one share of common stock. The Company intends to use the proceeds from the offering to fund clinical research and development, and for general working capital.
