(NYSE:CDRE) in its public offering of 4,300,000 shares of common stock at a public offer price of $23.50 per share for gross proceeds of approximately $101 million. Cadre intends to use the net proceeds of the offering to repay outstanding borrowings and for general corporate purposes.
